These terms apply when you use HalfSour Paddles or place an order with us.
Custom orders
HalfSour products are made to order using the design, quantity and other selections submitted with your order. The minimum order is 20 paddles. Pricing shown at checkout controls the purchase price.
Proof approval
Custom orders receive a digital proof before printing. You are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, colors, artwork placement and other design details. Production begins after proof approval.
Artwork
By uploading artwork, logos or other material, you represent that you have permission to use it and authorize HalfSour and its production partners to reproduce it solely as needed to fulfill your order. Do not upload material that infringes another party's rights.
Production and delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by proof approval timing, production, carriers, weather, customs or other events outside our reasonable control. Please order with adequate time before a fixed event date.
Custom-product issues
Because products are personalized, change-of-mind returns may not be possible after production begins. If an order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the approved proof, contact us promptly with photographs and order details so we can review the issue.

You may use the site for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, abuse checkout or upload malicious content.
