When you design or order paddles, we may receive information you provide such as your name, email, phone number, company, shipping information, order details, uploaded artwork and design selections. Payment information is handled by our payment provider; HalfSour does not need to store your full card number.

We use information to process and fulfill orders, create proofs, communicate about your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain our services and comply with legal obligations.

We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate HalfSour, including payment processing, website infrastructure, order production, shipping and email services. Those providers handle information under their own privacy and security obligations.

With your permission, we count daily page views by page using our own website infrastructure. These counts do not include your name, email, IP address, query parameters, or a visitor identifier.
